To prepare this dish you will need: pieces of chicken, onion, sour cream, garlic, sunflower oil, salt, red sweet ground pepper, parsley, dill. Salt the chicken pieces and place them in a pan with vegetable oil.
- Chicken: 800 g
- Onion: 3 pieces
- Sour cream: 200 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml
- Salt: 2 teaspoons
- Ground red pepper: 2 g
- Parsley: 20 g

Cook under the lid for 30 minutes, almost until ready.

While the chicken is simmering, we start preparing the sauce. We chop the onion. The size of the chop doesn't matter. We put it in a pan with sunflower oil. We add garlic, but it can be omitted.
- Onion: 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Then fry until golden brown.

We make puree from fried onions using a blender.

Add sour cream, salt, curry, and red ground sweet pepper to the onion puree.

- Curry: 1 teaspoon

Finely chop the greens and add them to the sauce.
- Parsley: 20 g

Transfer the sauce components to a saucepan or pot. Add 100 ml of water or broth. If needed, salt and mix well. The sauce is ready.
