Salmon on a bed of spinach

Salmon on a bed of spinach is an exquisite dish that combines the tenderness of fish, the freshness of greens, and the richness of a creamy vodka sauce. The roots of this recipe can be found in Russian cuisine, where the combination of simple yet rich flavors is valued. Salmon marinated in lemon becomes juicy, while spinach lightly sautéed with onions adds a fresh touch to the dish. Potatoes complement the composition by adding softness and heartiness. A special highlight is the vodka-cream sauce with lemon notes that gives depth and a slight spiciness to the dish. It’s an ideal choice for a festive dinner or a cozy evening with a glass of white wine.
