Place the prepared fish whole in a baking dish. Mix honey and mustard. Generously coat the fish inside and out with this mixture.
- Trout: 1.2 kg
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Grainy mustard: 4 tablespoons

Extract juice from oranges and drizzle it on the fish. Place the remaining orange pulp inside and around the fish. Drizzle the trout with oil and sprinkle with spices.
