Herb and cheese meatballs are a gourmet dish of European cuisine, combining the tenderness of ground beef, the aroma of fresh herbs, and the spiciness of parmesan. Historically, meatballs emerged as a way to use meat economically, and the addition of greens and cheese makes them special. They are soft inside and slightly crispy outside, while marinara gives them a rich tomato flavor. These meatballs are perfect for serving with pasta, potatoes, or simply with crusty bread. An ideal choice for family dinners or entertaining guests!
