You will need a fireproof baking dish measuring 33 x 28 cm and parchment paper for baking. The dough will be thick during preparation, so I think you can use a baking tray and spread the dough to the required size (Cheese dough should not spread out).

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Prepare cheese dough. Using a whisk, beat all 5 eggs, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of semolina (you can replace semolina with flour, which is better to sift), and grated cheese.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Grated cheese: 400 g

Mix everything well to avoid lumps from the flour (if you used flour instead of semolina). Divide the mixture in half and spoon it onto the prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake on the middle rack until light golden brown.

Take the baked cheese dough out of the oven (it's easier to do this with the paper). Let it cool a bit. Repeat the procedure with the remaining second half of the dough...

Cut the baked cheese sheets in half to get 4 small sheets.

Prepare the filling. Melt butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion, and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Remove from heat and let the onion cool.

Place the chicken mince in a bowl, add fried onions, salt and black pepper to taste, and finely chopped dill. Mix the filling by hand and set aside. Preheat the oven to 160C again.

Only the cheese pie remains to be assembled. Line the mold with foil, leaving edges on the sides. They will be needed for wrapping the pie.

Place the cheese layer, baked earlier, in the center of the foil. Add 1/3 of the filling on top.

Cover with another layer, then add another 1/3 of the filling. Repeat the procedure with the remaining sheets and meat filling. Top with the last layer of cheese crust.

Wrap the pie in foil on all sides. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

After baking, let the cheese puff pastry pie cool slightly. Serve at the table, cut into small pieces.
