Dietary chicken cutlets with carrots are a light and healthy dish of Russian cuisine, perfect for those who watch their diet. It combines the tenderness of chicken fillet, the sweet juiciness of carrots, and spicy notes of seasonings. These cutlets were created as an alternative to traditional meat dishes, preserving flavor while reducing calories.
