Beef with peaches can be used to create an excellent salad or a beautiful appetizer for a festive table. The dish looks unusual and has a unique taste. Canned peaches are used for the dish.

1
Wash the beef, place it in a pot. Pour boiling water over it. Add peeled onion (cut into several pieces) and peeled carrot (cut into large circles).
- Beef tenderloin: 600 g
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 1 piece
2
Add the mixture of herbs and peppers, and salt. After boiling, simmer for one and a half hours.
- Italian Herbs: 1 bunch
- Mix of peppers: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
3
Heat peach juice in a saucepan or skillet. Dissolve starch in freshly squeezed orange juice and add it to the peach juice. Add pre-washed and finely chopped dill and ground pepper (preferably coarsely ground). Mix everything together (it should result in a fairly thick spicy sauce).
- Apricot juice: 0.5 glass
- Starch: 1 teaspoon
- Orange juice: 4 tablespoons
- Dill: 5 piece
- Ground black pepper: to taste
4
Cut the boiled beef into portion pieces (for appetizer) or strips (for salad). Slice the peaches lengthwise into pieces equal in thickness to the sliced meat.
- Beef tenderloin: 600 g
- Canned Peaches: 500 g
5
Place lettuce leaves on a plate, top with meat and peaches, and drizzle with sauce. For a festive appetizer, you can layer diced beef alternating with peach pieces and serve the sauce separately.
- Green salad: to taste
