Breaded chicken breast is a classic dish of European cuisine inspired by the tradition of making schnitzels. Easy to prepare yet surprisingly delicious, this recipe features golden, crispy pieces of tender chicken infused with the aroma of eggs and breadcrumbs. Thinly sliced and carefully pounded chicken pieces become soft and juicy, while the crispy coating adds an appetizing texture. The dish pairs perfectly with light salads, vegetables, or potato sides, making it versatile and a favorite for many. It can be served as a main course for family dinners or as an appetizer at festive events. Its simplicity makes it accessible even for novice cooks, and its flavor always delights.

Let's prepare all the ingredients. What you do next depends on the size of the chicken breast. You need to cut it into thin pieces the size of schnitzels. I do it this way. First, I cut a side piece across the fibers.
- Chicken breast: 1 piece

Carefully holding the piece, we cut it into 2 longitudinal parts. We similarly divide the remaining large chicken breast. As a result, we get fairly thin but large pieces of chicken. Each of them needs to be pounded well — and then the chicken pieces will take the shape of schnitzels.

In a small bowl, break the eggs, whisk them well with a fork, and add salt. Meanwhile, heat a pan with a little oil. Coat each schnitzel well in breadcrumbs.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Olive oil: to taste
- Breadcrumbs: 1 glass

Then, dip the schnitzels in eggs on both sides. Fry the resulting schnitzels for about 2 minutes on each side. The schnitzels are ready!
