Pork minced steak baked in the oven with an egg is a dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of meat, the aroma of spices, and the creamy texture of baked egg. Historically, such dishes emerged as a way to prepare meat products without frying, allowing for the preservation of juiciness and natural flavor. Cheese added during baking gives a piquant taste, while the egg provides a velvety structure. This treat is perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings, complemented by fresh vegetables and herbs. Rich in proteins and nutrients, this steak will be a hearty and refined option for meat lovers.

1
Preparing the minced meat. For this, we grind the meat (you can use ready-made minced meat) and onion through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, and other spices. We also add milk and mix. Now we should add an egg and mix everything again.
- Pork: 700 g
- Milk: 0.5 glass
- Chicken egg: 9 pieces
- Onion: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Green: to taste
- Khmeli-suneli: to taste
2
With wet hands, take the minced meat, shape it into a boat-like patty, and place it on a greased baking sheet. Parchment paper can be used. Make a small indentation and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Pork: 700 g
3
Sprinkle the indentations in the cutlets with grated cheese.
- Cheese: 150 g
4
Crack an egg into it. Do this very carefully so the white doesn't spill out. Put it in the oven for another 20 minutes. Make sure the yolk remains slightly runny, although this largely depends on the oven.
- Chicken egg: 9 pieces
