This pie is easy and quick to prepare, a good option if you have unexpected guests

1
So, we prepare the dough: mix 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs, ½ tsp of baking soda (quenched with kefir), and 1 cup of kefir. The dough should be liquid.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Slaked soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Kefir: 1 glass
2
Preparing the filling: mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 chicken egg, and grated cheese.
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Cheese: 100 g
3
Preparing the filling: take any canned food (I prefer those in oil), open the can and remove the backbone bones from the fish (if the bones are soft, you can leave them), mash with a fork. Do not pour the liquid from the can into the filling. In principle, the filling can be anything, as long as it is not 'wet'; if desired, you can add fried onions and some cheese.
- Canned saury in oil: 2 jars
- Cheese: 100 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
4
Pour the batter into a preheated, greased baking sheet. Add the filling.
5
Pour the prepared filling on top and slightly smooth the surface of the pie with a spoon.
6
We send the pie to a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove, cool slightly, and cut into pieces. Enjoy your meal!
