Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes.
- Chicken fillet: 400 g

Fry it in a heated pan with sunflower oil until golden brown. This takes an average of 10-15 minutes. Don't rush and fry on high heat; let it slowly turn golden.
- Sunflower oil: 4 tablespoons

When the chicken is fried, add flour. Mix well with the flour and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon

Add boiled water. It should be freshly boiled. Mix all the contents of the pan well so that the flour dissolves in the water and no lumps remain. A whitish homogeneous sauce should result.

Then add sour cream and mix everything well.
- Sour cream: 3 tablespoons

Finally, the highlight of the recipe is French mustard, sometimes called Dijon mustard. Its main feature is the presence of mustard seeds. Its taste can range from sweet to very spicy. It’s best to use Heinz French mustard because it is very aromatic and spicy. Add this mustard to the chicken and mix well. Cover with a lid and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. If during simmering the sauce evaporates and seems too little, you can add a bit of 10% fat cream.
