Do not peel young potatoes, just scrub them under water with a brush and boil for 20 minutes.
- New potatoes: 1 kg

After 20 minutes, take out the potatoes (they should be slightly undercooked) and slice them into 0.5 cm rounds.

Heat the pan (preferably not too thin) well and melt butter on it.

Place potato slices on a hot skillet, squeeze in a few garlic cloves, and sprinkle half a packet of paprika. After a minute, reduce the heat. After three minutes, flip the slices. After another five minutes, it's ready to serve.
