Chicken meatballs with mozzarella are a refined dish of European cuisine, combining the tender taste of chicken mince with gooey and aromatic mozzarella. We put the minced meat in a bowl. Add grated garlic and parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
- Minced chicken: 1 kg
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs: 4 tablespoons
- Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

We mix well. Divide the minced meat into 24 parts. From each, we form a flatbread, placing a ball of mozzarella in the center. We fold the edges over the cheese and shape it into a round meatball.
- Minced chicken: 1 kg
- Mini mozzarella cheese: 24 pieces

We coat each meatball in flour. We repeat the same with the remaining minced meat and cheese.
- Wheat flour: 5 tablespoon

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat. Fry the meatballs on all sides until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet and send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

While the meatballs are cooking, we prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring. Add the garlic and oregano, sauté for another minute while stirring. Add crushed tomatoes with juice, bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add salt and sugar to taste.
