Pork marinated in mayonnaise with kiwi

Pork marinated in mayonnaise with kiwi is an amazing combination of tender meat and refreshing fruity acidity. Kiwi acts as a natural tenderizer, giving the pork a special juiciness, while rosemary and cumin add aromatic notes. Mayonnaise softens the intensity of the spices, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. This dish is perfect for grilling, where the caramelized crust highlights the rich flavor of the marinade. Wrapping the meat in Armenian lavash with green onions gives you a complete treat with a crispy texture and freshness. This recipe is especially good for summer picnics and friendly gatherings outdoors, where you can enjoy its aromas and flavors in the company of loved ones.
