Tuna steaks "Moroccan style"

Moroccan-style tuna steaks are a fragrant and exquisite dish that combines the freshness of fish with rich Mediterranean notes. Moroccan cuisine is famous for its use of spices and herbs that add depth to the food's flavor. A marinade of parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika makes the tuna meat tender, infusing it with a light tanginess and spicy heat. Grilled over high heat, the steaks develop an appetizing crust while retaining juiciness inside. They are served with leftover marinade that turns into a zesty sauce perfectly complementing the fish. This tuna is ideal for a Mediterranean-style dinner and pairs excellently with vegetable sides, adding brightness and freshness to the meal.
