Pork with apples and potatoes is a harmonious combination of tender meat, aromatic baked apples, and crispy potatoes. This dish, rooted in Chinese cuisine, surprises with the balance of the sweetness of the fruits and the rich flavor of the meat. Apples add a slight tartness and help reveal the depth of pork's flavor, while sage adds an exquisite spicy note. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner or festive feast.
