Beef Azu with potatoes is a hearty and aromatic dish that comes from the traditional cuisine of the Volga peoples. It features a rich flavor combining the tenderness of stewed meat, the tangy zest of pickles, and the richness of tomato paste. The golden-brown fried potatoes add a pleasant texture to the dish and make it especially appetizing. Azu is perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings as it is both simple to prepare and extraordinarily delicious.
