Chop with mushrooms and cheese

Mushroom and cheese schnitzel is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken meat, the aroma of forest mushrooms, and the rich flavor of melted cheese. The history of such baked meat dishes goes back to the traditions of old European kitchens, where special attention was paid to the harmony of textures and flavors. The light acidity of lemon juice highlights the juiciness of chicken fillet, while fresh green onions add a touch of freshness. The dish is perfect for both festive dinners and cozy family lunches. It is served immediately after baking when the cheese is still stretchy and the mushrooms reveal their rich aroma.
