Chicken cutlets with pineapple

Chicken cutlets with pineapples are a harmonious combination of tender chicken meat, gooey cheese, and sweet pineapple pieces, creating a unique balance of flavors. This recipe likely emerged under the influence of the desire for unusual culinary combinations in European cuisine. Traditional chicken cutlets take on a new hue thanks to the fruity note that adds freshness and a slight tanginess. Perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings, they are easy to prepare and delight with their soft, juicy texture. Served with a side of potatoes, vegetables, or rice, they also pair wonderfully with light sauces. These cutlets are a find for those looking to diversify their usual meat menu and surprise guests.

1
Cut 1 kg of chicken fillet into small cubes (you can also chop it with a blender).
- Chicken fillet: 1 kg
2
Cut 250 g of any hard cheese into cubes and mix with the chicken.
- Hard cheese: 250 g
- Chicken fillet: 1 kg
3
Chop a couple of garlic cloves and add them to the chicken with cheese (to taste, if you like it spicier and more aromatic - add more).
- Garlic: 2 cloves
4
Add a couple of eggs.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
5
Sprinkle curry (or your favorite spices for chicken), salt, and pepper.
- Curry: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
6
Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of starch, and 2-3 tablespoons of flour.
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
- Starch: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
7
Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour (or longer, which will make the patties even more tender).
8
After some time, take out our mixture and add a can of diced canned pineapples (of course, draining the liquid from the pineapples first). Mix well again.
9
Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides under a lid, spooning them like pancakes.
