Mushrooms need to be washed, peeled (I always peel them, although I know many don't — it's a matter of habit), and cut into medium-sized pieces, about 0.7 cm by 0.7 cm.

Pour a little oil into a deep pan, add all the mushrooms, and sprinkle with a bit of salt. They should simmer over medium heat in their own juice.

Now it's time to prepare the meat: cut it into medium-sized pieces like the mushrooms. In a separate container, add all the spices (do not salt the meat), a couple of drops of oil, mix, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

- Ground allspice: 0.5 teaspoon

Meanwhile, you can prepare the potatoes: they need to be peeled and cut into large cubes, about cm by cm.

Once the meat has rested, add it to the mushrooms and simmer everything together for another 30 minutes, adding water if necessary.

Now it's necessary to layer the potatoes over the meat and mushrooms. Now everything can be salted again and simmered for about 20 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked).

Finely chop the greens (onion and dill) and garlic, add to the other ingredients, mix, turn off the stove, and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
