Chicken roll-ups in bacon with cheese are a true culinary delight, combining the tenderness of chicken fillet, the spiciness of bacon, and the stretchy aroma of cheese. This recipe originates from European cuisine, where the harmony of textures and flavors is appreciated. Marinated in spices, the chicken fillet becomes juicy and rich, while the bacon acquires an appetizing golden crust when baked, adding a crispy note to the dish. These roll-ups make an ideal treat for a cozy family dinner or festive table. They can be served with vegetables, greens, or light sauces that highlight the rich flavor of the dish. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for beginner cooks, and the result is always delightful!

1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2
We cut the chicken breast fillet into thin slices lengthwise. Each slice should be about the size of a palm and very thin. We mix spices (those you usually use for chicken) with mayonnaise. We coat the chicken with it and let it marinate.
- Chicken breast fillet: 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons
- Spices: to taste
3
We cut the cheese into strips (about 0.5 centimeters thick). It's better to take bacon that is already sliced thin.
- Cheese: 100 g
- Bacon: 10 pieces
4
On each chicken fillet slice, place a piece of cheese and roll it up so that the cheese doesn't stick out.
- Cheese: 100 g
5
Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon. Place in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Cover the dish with foil.
- Bacon: 10 pieces
6
We put it in the oven. After 40 minutes, we remove the foil and let the bacon bake until it has a nice golden color.
