First, we make the marinade. We finely chop the garlic, add it to the kefir, salt it, add pepper and herbs.
- Garlic: to taste
- Low-fat kefir: 300 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Marinate the thighs for 30 minutes.

We peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Crush the garlic cloves with the edge of a knife and place them on the potatoes.

Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and place them in the dish.

On top of the potatoes, we place the chicken and pour the remaining marinade.
