Ravioli with cheese and herbs

Cheese and herb ravioli is a delicate Italian dish that embodies the coziness of home cooking. Its history dates back to the Middle Ages when Italians began using pasta to create various fillings. In this version, classic ravioli are filled with a spicy mixture of sulguni and Adyghe cheese, complemented by fresh herbs, giving the filling softness and rich flavor. The dough made from eggs and flour has a firm texture, and quick boiling preserves its lightness. Serving with yogurt or sour cream makes the dish even more delicate. Ravioli are perfect for both everyday dinners and special occasions when you want to taste Italian tradition in every forkful.
