Turkey medallions wrapped in bacon are an elegant dish of American cuisine that combines the tenderness of turkey with a flavorful crispy bacon shell. Marinating the fillet in white wine, lemon juice, and spices makes the meat particularly juicy and rich in flavor. Thyme adds savory herbal notes, while bacon provides an appetizing texture and salty depth.
