Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Put water on the broccoli, add the florets - boil for 5 minutes.
- Broccoli cabbage: 300 g

At the same time, place the chicken fillet on the heat, adding enough water to barely cover it. Cut one onion in half and add it in, along with a bay leaf and salt to taste. Boil for 15 minutes from the moment it starts boiling.
- Chicken fillet: 1 piece

While these ingredients are boiling, we make the sauce. Sauté the onion (1 head) in butter, then add milk (or cream, but it will be richer) and after a couple of minutes — flour and spices (I added salt, pepper, rosemary, turmeric). Add flour to taste, but don't make the sauce too thick. Simmer for a couple of minutes, then add a cup of chicken broth and one raw egg.

- Wheat flour: 50 g

We cook the egg noodles but do not fully cook them.
- Egg noodles: 500 g

Mix chopped broccoli, sliced fillet, egg noodles, and sauce in a baking dish, then top with cheese - the more cheese, the better.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes (first at 180, then increase the temperature for the cheese to form a crust).
