Vareniki with potatoes is one of the most beloved dishes of Russian cuisine, originating from Slavic traditions. Peel the potatoes, put them to boil, and add salt.
- Potato: 1.5 kg
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

While the potatoes are boiling, we start kneading the dough. For this, we pour flour into a bowl. Then, in a glass, we mix the egg, milk, water, and salt.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 0.5 glass
- Water: 0.3 glass
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

Pour this mixture into the flour, knead the dough, and add butter. Cover the prepared dough with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon

Make mashed potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste, dill can be added. Let the potatoes cool.

We roll out the dough and cut it.

We take potatoes and make dumplings.

Put a pot of water and bring it to a boil.
