Fry a small chopped head of garlic in olive oil.
- Garlic: 1 head
- Olive oil: 20 ml

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces about 3x3 cm. Add to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

Pour in the cream, add spices (except mint), and salt. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Cream 10%: 150 ml
- Black mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Allspice peas: 3 pieces
- Carnation: 3 pieces
- Fresh mint: 50 g

Add finely chopped fresh mint. Simmer until ready (another 10 minutes).
