Place the peppers on a rack and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Put the peppers in a plastic bag for 10 minutes (wrap the bag). Remove from the bag, peel the skin, remove the seeds, and cut into strips 2.5–3 cm wide.
