Steamed turkey cutlets with herbs

Steamed turkey patties with herbs embody the lightness and healthiness of American cuisine. Tender turkey fillet mixed with fragrant parsley and juicy onion turns into airy, juicy patties that are steamed to retain maximum flavor and nutrients. This cooking method makes them an ideal option for healthy eating, while pairing with crispy green beans adds freshness and lightness to the dish. These patties are especially great for those who watch their diet but don't want to sacrifice taste. They are perfect for family dinners or dietary meals, easily complemented by various sauces and sides.

1
Chop turkey breast meat into a uniform mince in a blender or meat grinder along with an onion. Add a lot of finely chopped parsley and salt.
- Turkey fillet: 600 g
- Onion: 100 g
- Parsley: 100 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
2
Thoroughly mix the minced meat and shape into patties with wet hands. Place them in the steamer, leaving a little space between the patties.
3
For medium-sized cutlets, 20 minutes (10 on each side) is enough.
4
Pour the beans into the second container. Cook the beans for about 10 minutes.
- Green beans: 400 g
5
The cooked patties should lose their pink hue, including inside.
6
Serve with beans. The beans will be unsalted, so you can lightly drizzle them with soy sauce when serving.
