Sprinkle the fish fillet with salt and squeeze lime juice over it.

After drilling the coconut, we pour the milk into a glass. Then we crack the nut and remove the white flesh. We cut half of the flesh into small cubes.

Place the fish on a baking sheet, pour coconut milk over it and bake for 20-30 minutes. While the fish is baking, prepare a side dish - you can simply boil rice, but if you want something unusual, try making orange rice. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté one onion (you can also add finely chopped leek and celery stalk), add 1.5 cups of water, grate orange peel, squeeze the juice of an orange, add salt (if available, a teaspoon of dried or fresh thyme works well). Bring everything to a boil and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.

You can make a salad for fish with lettuce leaves, finely chopped pineapple, coconut flesh cubes, and a sweet and sour sauce (vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, and a bit of chili pepper).
