Rinse the soaked shark steaks, remove the backbone and skin (if desired). Drizzle with lemon juice, salt, and sprinkle with spices.
- White shark: 500 g
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Black peppercorns: 10 pieces

While the fish is salting, let's prepare the vegetables. Slice the onion into half-rings or rings. Cut the tomatoes into thin discs. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and slice it into pieces of the same length as the onion.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, then add the sweet pepper and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
