Khachapuri is a fragrant dish that combines tender dough and juicy meat filling. It resembles traditional Caucasian dishes where the harmony of simple ingredients creates a rich flavor. The thinly rolled dough wraps around the juicy filling, and when cut into portions, they become appetizing rolls. Fried vegetables add a sweet-spicy note, while tomato paste adds a slight tanginess. Khachapuri is perfect for family lunches or cozy evenings with guests. They can be served with herbs, sour cream, or spicy sauces, making the dish even richer and more diverse.
