Chop half of the shrimp coarsely with a knife. Grind the other half through a meat grinder using a medium or fine grate. Combine both mixtures, knead, and beat.
- Tiger prawns: 600 g

Shape the patties using a culinary ring, coat them in panko breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil for two and a half minutes on each side; after flipping, season with salt and pepper.
- Panko bread crumbs: 100 g
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Chop the lettuce, mix it with half of the Caesar sauce, and place it on the bottom halves of the buns. Then add the patties, sliced tomatoes, and the top halves of the buns spread with sauce.
