Spicy chicken with cranberry sauce is an exquisite combination of tender meat infused with the aromas of Italian spices and a sweet-sour cranberry sauce. This recipe is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, where natural ingredients reveal their depth. The chicken fillet is first marinated in a mixture of paprika, mustard, garlic, and oil, giving it a rich flavor. Baked to a golden crust, the chicken pairs wonderfully with a vibrant sauce made from fresh cranberries, honey, and starch that has a pleasant tartness and silky texture. This dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and special occasions, delighting guests with its elegant appearance and wonderful balance of flavors.
