Cut the turkey fillet into medium-sized pieces. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown.
- Turkey fillet: 800 g

Reduce the heat and add finely chopped vegetables at 5-minute intervals in the following order: onion, carrot, bell pepper, tomato. Add pepper.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Red sweet pepper: 0.3 piece
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Ground red pepper: to taste

Cover with a lid and in the meantime prepare the sauce: mix all liquid ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup), add salt and sugar, stir, then gradually add flour while stirring to avoid lumps.
