Spicy chicken noodles are a vibrant and flavorful dish of Chinese cuisine that embodies the entire palette of Eastern flavors. The combination of tender chicken fillet marinated in soy sauce with juicy vegetables and spicy chili pepper offers an unforgettable gastronomic delight. The noodles serve as the base of this dish, perfectly absorbing the aroma of spices and becoming rich and elastic. The mild heat of chili reveals the flavor spectrum, adding a piquant note, while the natural sweetness of carrots and onions balances the overall taste. This dish is perfect for lovers of bright and rich flavors and makes an excellent option for a dinner that warms the soul and fills you with energy. Spicy chicken noodles are a gastronomic journey to the heart of China, where every spice has its own story.

1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
- Chicken fillet: 2 pieces
2
Take a larger onion, cut it into rings or half-rings. Cut the carrot into sticks.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 1 piece
3
Combine the vegetables and chicken, pour in soy sauce, mix, and let marinate. During this time, you can prepare the noodles.
- Soy sauce: 0.5 glass
4
You can buy store-bought noodles, but it's better to make homemade, it's tasty and simple.

To fry the chicken, heat the pan and melt a small piece of butter. Transfer the chicken with vegetables to the pan and pour in all the sauce. You can add 1/3 cup of filtered water to prevent the vegetables from burning and ensure the chicken is fully cooked. Simmer until ready.

It's necessary to add spiciness. The best way in this case is to use red chili pepper. It provides the needed heat but does so gently, almost sneaking into the dish. I added literally 1/6 of the pepper (a bit of skin and seeds). Be careful with salt — soy sauce already has a strong salty flavor.
- Chili pepper: 1 piece
