Squid with vegetables in a multicooker
3 servings
40 minutes
Squid with vegetables in a multicooker is a harmony of seafood and fresh vegetables, creating an amazing balance of flavors and textures. This dish, inspired by European culinary traditions, combines the tenderness of squid with the rich taste of stewed vegetables highlighted by the aroma of spices and garlic. The ease of preparation in a multicooker makes it an ideal choice for a family dinner or a cozy evening. Protein-rich squid pairs excellently with Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and green beans, adding freshness and nutrition to the dish. Mayonnaise adds creaminess while Italian herbs bring sophistication. It can be served as a standalone dish or with a side of rice or potatoes. This recipe unveils new dimensions of seafood flavor, making them tender, juicy, and particularly aromatic.

After 20 minutes, add the squid rings, season with salt and pepper, add spices (I added Italian mix), and dried herbs.
