Spicy Pancake Lasagna

Spicy lasagna made from pancakes is an original European dish that combines the tenderness of thin pancakes with the spiciness of a flavorful sauce. This culinary masterpiece features crispy layers of dough, juicy chicken mince, tomatoes, spinach, and aromatic chili pepper that adds brightness and heat to the dish. The recipe's history traces back to Italian culinary traditions where layered casseroles are particularly popular. In this version, pancakes replace classic lasagna sheets, making the texture lighter. Parmesan adds a creamy flavor while baking creates an appetizing golden crust. Perfect for those seeking a new take on familiar dishes. Served hot, it pairs excellently with a glass of red wine that enhances the depth of flavor.
