Salmon with saffron and pine nuts is an exquisite dish of European cuisine that delights with its sophistication and depth of flavor. Tender pieces of salmon infused with the aroma of saffron and the sweetness of port wine harmonize with soft notes of raisins and crunchy pine nuts. Saffron, known as the 'gold of spices,' adds warmth and a hint of spice, turning the dish into a true gastronomic symphony. The sauce reduced with port wine gives the fish a noble richness. It’s the perfect choice for a dinner with loved ones when you want to treat yourself to something special. The garnish with cilantro completes the flavor composition, adding freshness and a light herbal note.
