Vegetarian meatballs made from tomatoes are an original dish of European cuisine that combines the freshness of tomatoes with the aroma of herbs and spices. Its origin is linked to the search for alternatives to meat products, as vegetable meatballs have become popular among health food enthusiasts. The taste of the meatballs is rich and slightly sweet due to ripe tomatoes, while herbs and spices add a piquant touch. The crispy golden crust formed during frying makes them especially appetizing. They pair well with light sauces, fresh salads, or as appetizers on a festive table. Easy to prepare, these meatballs are a find for those looking to diversify their diet with healthy and delicious dishes.
