Home-style beef stew

Homemade beef stew is a fragrant and hearty dish rooted in European culinary traditions. It features a harmonious blend of tender beef infused with spicy seasonings and golden potatoes that become soft and flavorful during baking. A marinade based on wine vinegar or red wine gives the meat special tenderness and subtle notes of sophistication. Baking in a bag helps retain the juices of the ingredients, making the dish extraordinarily juicy. Garlic adds zest, while fresh parsley provides a light green freshness. This dish is perfect for both a cozy family dinner and a festive table, delighting with its simplicity and richness of flavor nuances.

1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and preferably place them in a bowl. Also cut the meat into cubes and add it with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, add khmeli-suneli spice. Pour in wine vinegar. Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour to marinate the potatoes and meat (red wine can be used instead of vinegar).
- Potato: 10 pieces
- Beef: 500 g
- Khmeli-suneli: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Wine vinegar: 10 ml
- Ground black pepper: to taste
2
Prepare a baking bag. Place the contents of the bowl inside. Add unpeeled garlic cloves. Carefully poke 7-8 holes in the top of the bag with a toothpick and place it in a preheated oven. Maintain a temperature of 180 degrees for the first 40 minutes of cooking, then you can lower the temperature to allow the potatoes to 'finish' and the meat to acquire a tender taste and 'melt' in your mouth.
- Garlic: 1 head

Serve in a deep dish, sprinkled with parsley.
- Chopped parsley: 20 g
