Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the sausages into thin slices.
- Cheese: 200 g
- Sausages: 200 g

Mix eggs, kefir, and 1/3 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Add baking powder and flour, mixing to avoid lumps.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Kefir: 250 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 150 g

Add cheese and sausages, mix well. Transfer the dough to a greased mold (mine is 25x25 cm). Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
