Bifarshe is a cozy home dish that combines fluffy mashed potatoes and juicy chicken mince. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where casseroles have always symbolized warmth and family gatherings. The creamy mashed potatoes enriched with milk and butter create a soft texture, while the savory meat filling mixed with onions and tomatoes adds depth of flavor. Grated Parmesan forms a golden crust, giving the casserole an appetizing look and richness. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners, and sour cream and fresh herbs can enhance its taste by adding a light tanginess and freshness.
