Cabbage with sour cream and herbs is a simple yet exquisite dish of European cuisine filled with freshness and lightness. It combines tender stewed cabbage with a creamy sour cream dressing and aromatic herbs. The white cabbage, gently infused with butter, becomes silky and juicy, while sorrel, dill, cilantro, parsley, and green onions add a bright, refreshing flavor. This dish can be served as a light appetizer or as a side to meat and fish dishes. Its mild sweet-sour taste harmonizes beautifully with the creaminess of the sour cream, making the cabbage particularly appetizing. An ideal choice for those who appreciate simplicity in preparation and natural ingredients.
