Chicken pockets with pineapple are a delightful dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet with the exotic sweetness of pineapple. The history of such combinations goes back to gastronomic traditions where fruity notes complement meat dishes, creating a unique flavor palette. Juicy chicken breast filled with pieces of pineapple and sweet red pepper gains a slight spiciness, while mayonnaise adds creaminess and richness. Baking in the oven makes the meat incredibly juicy, and the aroma of pineapple becomes even more pronounced. This dish is perfect for a festive dinner or family lunch, and its simplicity makes it accessible even for culinary beginners. Serving it with herbs or a light garnish enhances its flavor by adding freshness and contrast.

1
Cut the chicken breast in half. Make a slit in the middle of each piece (it's very important not to have any holes), and rub salt inside.
