Beef Stroganoff is a gem of Russian cuisine, known for its tender taste and rich aroma. This dish originated in the 19th century and is associated with Count Alexander Stroganov. In this interpretation, the traditional recipe gains zest from Dijon mustard, enhancing the creaminess of the sauce and making the flavor more intense. Beef tenderloin sautéed in butter becomes surprisingly tender, while mushrooms add depth and textural variety. Serving it in a crispy bun makes the dish not only elegant but also convenient to serve. This version is perfect for cozy home dinners or impressive gastronomic evenings.
