Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry them in vegetable oil. Mix everything together, adding finely chopped dill and salt.
- Onion: 3 pieces
- Champignons: 300 g
- Vegetable oil: to taste
- Dill: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Cut the pork into slices about 1 cm thick and pound well. Season each piece with salt and pepper, and spread mayonnaise on one side. Add a bit of filling on top, roll it up, and tie with string.
- Pork fillet: 1 kg
- Mayonnaise: 100 g

Slightly fry the 'fingers' on both sides in a pan, then transfer to a pot (pour a glass of water at the bottom). Add salt to taste and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
