Lula kebab is a true gem of Armenian cuisine, infused with the aroma of spices and smoke from the grill. This recipe originates from ancient traditions of the Caucasus region, where meat was carefully prepared and grilled over an open fire. Juicy and tender, lula kebabs have a rich beef flavor enhanced by sweet onions and spicy garlic. The thin crust formed during grilling makes them particularly appetizing. They are served hot with fresh vegetables, aromatic flatbreads, and sauces, creating a perfect blend of flavors. This dish symbolizes warm gatherings, friendly meetings, and gastronomic pleasure that leaves an unforgettable impression.
