We cut the pork neck into small pieces and layer them in an enamel container where our future shashlik will marinate.
- Pork neck: 2 kg

The layers of meat should be well seasoned with black pepper, spices (khmeli-suneli), add mustard, bay leaf, mayonnaise and cover with a layer of sliced onions, and pour the juice of 1 lemon.
