Chicken cutlets with melted cheese are a tender and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine that brings a sense of home comfort. It was born from family recipe traditions where simple ingredients turn into a culinary masterpiece. The combination of chicken mince and melted cheese gives the cutlets a special softness and rich creamy flavor. Light notes of onion and spices complement the harmony of the dish, making it particularly appetizing. The cutlets are first fried to a golden crust and then stewed, making them juicy and fragrant. They pair wonderfully with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or light sauces. This is an ideal option for a family dinner or cozy gatherings with friends.
